so the weather report said that sunday was going to be a beautiful, early spring day. so to celebrate we planned a trip to walk around the newburyport waterfront and do some shopping. after to half hour drive north from boston, we got out of the car and realized it wasn't quite as warm as predicted. about 10 degrees colder. but we made a good effort of it, and walked around to all the little shops, waterfront and lunch at the black cow all while soaking up the sun. all around us were other people also pretending they didn't mind the cold, pretending it really was as warm as they predicted.
